With deep experience across entrepreneurship, health care, and venture building, she recognized the systemic gap in integrative medicine coverage and set out to architect a solution that is both clinically credible and commercially viable. She leads strategy, partnerships, and product direction.

Sachin leads Welliva's technology vision — from the HIPAA-compliant EHR infrastructure and member app to the smart wearable integrations and digital provider platform. He brings engineering rigor to a space that has long been underserved by technology, ensuring that Welliva's systems are secure, scalable, and built for a modern member experience.

President of Sonoran University of Health Sciences, Dr. Alschuler is one of North America's foremost voices in integrative and naturopathic medicine. As Welliva's founding Strategic Advisor, she guides clinical standards, provider credentialing, evidence-informed coverage design, and the academic partnerships that give Welliva its depth of clinical credibility.
